Canisters: Available
in solid red, white, gold, silver, hunter green and blue in both
Regular (7 1/8” x 2 1/2”) and Large (9 3/4” x 3 3/8”) canister
sizes. Black also available in Regular size only. Mini canisters (6
3/16” x 1 5/8”) are available in blue, green, white, silver and
gold. Rectangular canisters (4 7/16” x 7 3/16” x 2 1/8”)
available in gold and silver. Petite canisters available in silver and
white. Imprinting also available on most designer canisters. For a
one-color imprint on a lid, add $80.00 setup charge, plus an
additional $1.10 running charge per unit. Additional colors, add an
additional $140.00 setup charge per color, plus an additional
$1.25running charge per color per unit. .eps vectored artwork
required. Minimum forty-eight (48) units. PMS Match: $30.00.

$20.00 for a stock imprint such as “Thank You”, “Congratulations”,

Paper
and Pre-Production Proofs:
Black and white paper proofs
are provided at no additional charge. Imprinted canister
pre-production proofs are $100. Product is additional at end quantity
pricing. If a PMS match is needed, there will also be a $30.00 charge for the match. 4-Color Process canisters-Inquire
Repeat
Orders: For
repeat orders of imprinted canisters, there will be a $35.00 setup
charge for a one-color reprint. Running charge per canister will
remain at $1.10. For Gold Touch the setup charge will be $25.00.
Production
and Shipping Information
Production
Time: Normal
production time after receipt of complete order: Stock designer
canisters, 1 - 2 weeks. Imprinted canisters, 2 - 3 weeks. Your
complete order should include: signed order acknowledgment, approved
.eps vectored artwork, shipping instructions, enclosure cards, and
mailing list (provided on OUR MSexcel spreadsheet) or labels if
individual shipment is requested. RUSH service available and will be
handled whenever possible. Contact us prior to placement of order to
obtain ship dates. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE ADDITIONAL.
Individual
Drop Shipments Including Mailer: For
individual shipments direct to the recipients, add $2.85 per Regular
unit, $3.20 per Large unit, $3.80 per Tower, Cookie Jar or Bucket unit
plus freight. Mini and Rectangle Canisters $21.85. Lists provided on
disk or sent via e-mail should be provided in MS Excel or comma
delimited format. Please call for our MSExcel template). Additional
charges will apply for factory formatting or corrections. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE
ADDITIONAL and are NOT included in the drop ship fee's.
Bulk
Shipments: Add $5.50 per
location after the first location, plus shipping charges.
Mailers:
Individual Canister Mailers: Regular
size $.85; Large size $1.20. Tower, Cookie Jar and Bucket Mailers
$1.80.
Cold
Packaging: Chocolate
products will require cold packaging in warm weather. We strongly
recommend expedited shipping (overnight or two-day) with a cold pack
when temperature is above 75 degrees. The charge for this special
packaging is $12.00 per carton. Chocolate and nuts should be stored in
a cool, dry place immediately upon receipt. We have many products that
ship well year-round. Inquire.
Addresses:
All addresses must contain
name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip
code. Factory cannot be responsible for shipments lost, delayed or
returned because of incomplete or incorrect address.
F.O.B.
Point: Georgia.
Not responsible for delayed shipments when given to carrier on time.
Packaging:
Each gourmet delicacy is
individually packaged, carefully enclosed in a protective plastic
seal, then placed in a canister lined with shimmering decorative wrap,
protected by bubble pack, and enclosed with an airtight seal.
Tower
Wrap Option: To
create a custom tower, add $2.75. This will include designer wrap and
ribbon.
Changes
to Orders: Any change
to an order that is in production may result in delayed shipment. Same
day changes minimum $75.00.
Cancellations:
$100.00 plus the cost of all
labor and materials used to cancellation date.
Under
Minimum Charge: Imprinted
orders - $75.00. Unimprinted Orders - $50.00 From
November 29 through December 24 under minimum orders will
not be processed.
Fulfillment
Programs: Fulfillment
Programs are our specialty. Examples include monthly gift programs,
gift after purchase, incentive gifts, employee recognition, safety
awards and birthday appreciation. Products ideal for year-round
shipping include our fresh-baked Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookies, Heat wave
Assortment, Honey Roasted Peanuts or Fancy Mixed Nuts. Shipments
must be completed within a 12 month period. No less than 12 tins per
drop shipment.
Substitutions:
Factory reserves the right to
substitute similar items of equal or greater value if necessary to
guarantee shipment deadlines.
Claims: Any
claims for repair, replacement or refund must be presented in writing
within 15 days of shipment. No merchandise may be returned without
authorization from the factory. The purchaser should promptly file all
claims for damage, delay or loss due to shipping with the carrier at
time of delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Rights
to Promotion: Unless
indicated on P.O. or in writing, Fresh Beginnings reserves the right
to use any items produced in displays, catalog ads, or any other
promotional material.
