please understand that minor bubbles, wrinkles and other variations
are inherent to even the finest crystal, and are not considered
defects. Our products are hand-crafted and only significant
defects in the crystal or its engraving are guaranteed. All
items are closely inspected prior to shipping.
There is a 2nd side etch fee of $8.00 per
piece if you ask us to engrave a 2nd side of an item or a 2nd
location.
